Braving Cancer – Breast Cancer

At the age of 37, Aubrey, was a new bride living her dreams as the busy mother of a toddler with a bright future ahead for her family. She was barely home from her honeymoon when she learned the crushing news that she had an aggressive type of breast cancer at a young age. Her devastating diagnosis quickly led to a plan of action by her determined medical oncologist, Dr. Shannon Puhalla from the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center. Although a tough treatment plan, Aubrey’s remains resolute and hopeful she will resolve with a positive outcome towards remission.
